Complaints and appeals

To complain about something on Caffèdex, use the Report button on it, or send us a message with this form and a link to it.

• Photos uploaded to Caffèdex are checked by an automated system, and our staff may review them. Reported content may be hidden while we review it.
• If we remove a photo you uploaded or suspend your account, our email names the reason category. To appeal, follow the appeal link in that email, or choose "An appeal against a moderation decision" above and include the details from that email. A person will look at it again and reply by email.
• If you come across what may be child sexual abuse material, report it with the Report button or this form and do not copy or share it. You can also report it to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk.
